Mr. Bhavesh Lathiya

He is a Senior Executive with 15+ years of work experience. He has been into the field of education for more than twelve years. He has achieved Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Masters in Arts, and Bachelors in Education.

His zeal for teaching aspired him to change and add value to the Government Schools in Surat while working as a Principal. To aid people at large, he serves as the General Manager at SRK Knowledge Foundation and also as a Director of V.N. Godhani English School. He admits that along with the theoretical knowledge, its practical application is equally important. His work experiences comprise in the arena of School Education, Skill Development and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Dr. Sanjay Mehta

Ph.D. in Education from M.S.U,Baroda, Dr. Sanjay Mehta is a visionary educator who thinks ‘Out of Box’. Dr. Mehta is a founder of Countryside International school and Director of GTTP, India.

Dr. Sanjay Mehta has been bestowed with Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Education Excellency Award 2018, Jagadguru Shankaracharya H.H.Sri Jayendra Saraswati National Award 2003 with a Gold Medal, Best Paper Presenter Award at National Conference on Development and Sustainability – Oct. 2015 and name a few.  He has studied ‘Perception of Teachers and Trustees towards Secondary School Principal’s Leadership Qualities ’during his Ph.D. Based on his research, a book ‘Developing Principal’s Leadership Qualities’ has been published by Lambert, Germany, in 2017.

Dr. Nirav Mandir

He has been instrumental as a Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) with Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK), a leader in the world of diamonds, generating a revenue of more than $1.8 billion. He shoulders the strategic responsibilities for SRK’s Global HR, IR, Administration, HSE, CSR, and Compliances. He is also the Project Administrator for SRK’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility rated as World’s No. 1 LEED: Platinum building by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Dr. Nirav is recognised for his untiring work with prestigious awards in his HR journey like Award for the “Excellence in Teaching & Training” by Indian Society for Training & Development & Indian Quality Assurance Council-2021, Youngest HR Professional of the Year-2018 by National Institute of Personnel Management, etc.
He is also the Life Member-Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and of the Managing Committee- ISTD, Surat Chapter, Chairman-HR & Training Committee, SGCCI, President-HR Forum, SGPC and many more.

SHRI JAYANTI NAROLA

He is the Managing Director and is best known as the Man of Procurement. In 2002, when diamond crafting of large stones was initialized, he undertook the responsibility of procurement and quality checking of rough diamonds. Under his effective leadership, SRK has successfully achieved desired goals through collective teamwork in procuring and crafting high-value stones at SRK’s state of the Art diamond crafting units.

He is also associated with various educational and social welfare trusts. He has played a vital role in developing the ‘Relief Centre’ in Surat. His amiable and generous nature blends with the people well and offers support to the people seeking medical, educational, and social assistance. Moreover, along with spirituality, to promote and motivate the students for education, scholarships are also awarded to bright students. He is a huge fan of cricket and organizes several cricket tournaments for SRK Family members.

Mr. Kamlesh Yagnik

He is the forerunner and President of SRK Knowledge Foundation (SRKKF). He holds a post-graduate degree in Engineering from IIT-Mumbai and has over three decades of post qualification experience in research, business, and consulting in the areas of Energy, Climate Change and Technology.

He is the first President of Sarvajanik University, Surat. He was appointed as First Chief Resilience Officer by the Municipal Corporation of Surat City. As a former President of The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he represents small and medium enterprises working in South Gujarat. He is also a member of Board of Management of Surat Peoples’ Co-operative Bank Ltd.

He is also a member of Global Steering Committee of Resilient Cities Network, Singapore. He also served as the Chairman of Sarvajanik Education Society, Surat catering to the academic needs of more than thirty-two thousand students by administering over thirty schools, colleges, and research institutes in South Gujarat. He is actively involved in various philanthropic activities.

SHRI RAJESH MAKWANA

He is a man of creativity, an Interior Designer by profession. He has been in this industry for over twenty-five years. He has completed his graduation in Interior Designing from Fergusson College, Pune. He also has experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings.

He has an urge to look for new ideas and creativity all around. He is associated with several social welfare organisations. Compassionate by nature, he dreams of building many educational and medical centres in & around Surat.

SHRI NIRAV NAROLA

He is Entrepreneur of Jewellery Vertical heading both of our jewellery units – The Jewelry Co. and Jewel Goldi . He is a business graduate with schooling from Belgium. His education played a significant role in building his personality. He has a deep interest in art and creativity which made him lead and drive the jewellery business of SRK successfully for domestic and overseas markets. He possesses a calm and likes to help his subordinates solve any problem.

Being the master in understanding the choices and preferences of the customers, he is successfully heading the jewellery business following the principles of integrity, transparency, and honesty, which he inherited from his maternal grand-uncle Shri Govind Dholakia.

SHRI SHREYANS DHOLAKIA

He is a second-generation dynamic entrepreneur of SRK Family. He holds Master’s degree in Business Administration from Regents University, London. His passion lies widely in Marketing and Information Technology. He considers technology as the future of the diamond industry.

His vision and goal is make SRK Exports a leading pioneer in technology and be among the first to embrace all the latest theories in the technological world. He is responsible for the company’s overall brand development and strategic planning. He always adores creative and innovative ideas and motivates the young and dynamic personnel in the organization, giving them ample opportunities to flourish. He continues his father, Shri Govindbhai Dholakia’s legacy, and inherits his virtues like passion, integrity, generosity, and humanity.

SHRI RAHUL DHOLAKIA

He is a Managing Director of SRK Knowledge Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. Since childhood, he is an ardent follower of his uncle, Shri Govind Dholakia, and has imbibed his most significant values i.e., integrity, transparency and honesty, and lives his life on these virtues.

He has been in the diamond industry for more than two decades. His sharp sight for intensive market research has increased the reachability and credibility of SRK Exports across the world. Like his uncle, he is blessed with far vision and insight, and his strong sensing skills helped the company win the awards for “Best Exporter of the Year and the “Highest Turnover”. He has a kind heart that believes humanity is the center of one’s existence, and encourages people to do their best in life and extends support to the needy.

SHRI ARJAN DHOLAKIA

He is a Director of SRK Knowledge Foundation. He is also actively involved and associated with educational institutions, and medical centers.

He inspires people towards conserving water and reducing pollution. He always actively helps victims of natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, plagues, etc.

He is hardworking, dedicated and zealous to scale new heights. He has travelled extensively to abroad for the business purpose and brings new ideas for the advancement of the company.

SHRI GOVIND DHOLAKIA

He is the Founder – Chairman of SRK Knowledge Foundation and a natural-born mentor. His compassionate, resilient, visionary, passionate and innovative approaches, and his belief in ‘Giving Back to Society’ have inspired him to set up SRKKF. Under his impeccable leadership, SRK Group reached new heights and has become a global brand today.

A philanthropist and patriotic at the core, he is actively involved in enormous social welfare activities, including education, health and other developmental activities through his trusts and institutions. He has initiated numerous schools, colleges, medical centres and hospitals. He has organised many mass marriages to benefit the weaker section of society. He rigorously advocates the prevention of female foeticide, water conservation awareness and cleanliness drives. He extends his support to the Indian Army and gallantry awards. Lord Bhikhu Parekh- Former Director London, School of Economics

He is an eminent political theorist and Labour member of the House of Lords. He has contributed immensely towards societal changes that were once a major cause of concern to Britain’s culture in the early ’70s. He has pioneered many concepts on multiculturalism, collective rights and responsibility and other socio-cultural issues that have influenced the governance in the United Kingdom.

He worked to bring about a non-interventionist and tolerant political view where people of different ethnicities could live in harmony. Through his ideologies and his unrelenting dedication to his work, he managed to bring a significant understanding of Indian culture on a global platform.

Shri N. Gopalaswami- Former Chief Election, Commissioner of India

He is a 1966 batch Indian Administrative Services Officer from Gujarat Cadre awarded with the Padma Bhushan in 2015. He took over the charge as CEC on 30 June 2006 and retired in April 2009. He is currently the president of Vivekananda Educational Society, which administers a group of schools in & around Chennai.

He was appointed as the Chairman of Kalakshetra for a term of five years. He was also district magistrate in the Kutch and Kheda district; Municipal Commissioner of Surat City; Director of Relief; Director of Higher Education and Joint Secretary (Home Department), Government of Gujarat.

Shri Ashish Nanda- Former Director, IIM-Ahmedabad

He is an educationalist, having studied at India’s best-known institutions, IIM-Ahmedabad and IIT-Delhi. He is a former Director of IIM-A and a recipient of the President of India Gold Medal twice.

He was also appointed as a member of the Executive Council of the Gujarat National Law University. He received the IIT-Delhi Distinguished Alumni Award for his work in Management Education and was conferred the 10th Distinguished Global Thinker Award by IILM.

Shri Pravin K. Laheri- Former Chief Secretary, Govt. of Gujarat

He served as a Principal Secretary and Chief Secretary, Government of Gujarat, from 2003 to 2005. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of large industrial units and corporate giants PSUs like Gujarat State Investment Ltd. and Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd.

Prof. Arun Tiwari- Associate of Former President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

He chairs a committee of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) to facilitate the ‘Make in India’ campaign in the strategic sector. He joined Defense Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) in 1982 and worked under Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s dynamic leadership, who then appointed him as the Programme Director to develop civilian spin-offs of defence technology.

He received the Defense Technology Spin-Off Award for his brilliant innovation in developing India’s first coronary stent with Cardiologist Dr B. Soma Raju, known as Kalam-Raju Stent of Care Foundation and later the Care Hospitals. He also co-authored ‘Wings of Fire’, the autobiography of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam
